Eligibility Criteria – Art Residency Program (Isdar, Riyadh)
Applicants to the Isdar Art Residency Program, supported by the British Council, must meet the following eligibility requirements:
• Location Requirement: Applicants must be currently based in Riyadh and actively practicing within the city. This residency is exclusively open to Riyadh-based artists.
• Career Stage: The program is intended for emerging and mid-career artists. Applicants should demonstrate a developing or established artistic practice within their field.
• Required Materials: Applicants must submit supporting materials as part of their application, which may include a portfolio of recent work, an artist statement, and any other documents requested by the program.
• Accommodation: Please note that accommodation is not provided as part of this residency. Participants are responsible for arranging their own housing and transportation within Riyadh.
• Health Condition: Applicants must be in good physical health, with the ability to fully participate in the program’s activities and commitments.
• Commitment: Selected residents are expected to actively engage in all aspects of the residency, including workshops, mentorship sessions, and public programming where applicable.
This residency aims to support artists who are committed to expanding their practice and contributing to the local creative community in Riyadh.
معايير التقديم – برنامج الإقامة الفنية (إصدار، الرياض)
يُعلن برنامج الإقامة الفنية في إصدار، بدعم من المجلس الثقافي البريطاني وبمشاركة من ArtThread، عن فتح باب التقديم للفنانين الذين تنطبق عليهم الشروط التالية:
• الإقامة والممارسة يقتصر البرنامج على الفنانين المقيمين في مدينة الرياض، ممن لديهم حضور فعّال وممارسة فنية مستمرة داخلها.
• المرحلة المهنية يستهدف البرنامج الفنانين الناشئين ذوي الممارسة المتوسطة، ممن يسعون إلى تطوير تجربتهم الفنية وتعميق مساراتهم الإبداعية.
• متطلبات التقديم يُرجى إرفاق المتطلبات الداعمة للطلب، تشمل ملف أعمال حديث، وبياناً فنياً، بالإضافة إلى أي مستندات أخرى يحددها البرنامج.
• السكن والتنقل: لا يشمل البرنامج توفير السكن. ويتولى المشاركون مسؤولية ترتيب إقامتهم وتنقلهم داخل مدينة الرياض.
• الشروط الصحية: يُشترط أن يتمتع المتقدم بقدرة صحية تمكّنه من الالتزام الكامل بأنشطة البرنامج ومتطلباته.
• الالتزام والمشاركة: يتوقع من الفنانين المقبولين الانخراط بفاعلية في جميع مكونات الإقامة، بما في ذلك الورش، والجلسات الإرشادية، والبرامج العامة ذات الصلة.
يسعى هذا البرنامج إلى احتضان فنانين لديهم التزام حقيقي بتطوير ممارساتهم، والمساهمة في تنشيط المشهد الإبداعي المحلي في مدينة الرياض.
